Job Description:
We have an opportunity for a CFO with accountabilities to:
  • Oversee general accounting functions
  • Coordinate global reporting and the accurate dissemination of financial management reports for the corporation
  • Oversee treasury functions, product costing, inventory, annual budgeting and auditing processes

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

We are looking for a dynamic manager with proven leadership skills, including the following:

  • A four-year degree in accounting, preferably a CPA, and a minimum of ten years senior accounting management experience in a privately-held manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical skills in financial reporting, analysis and cash flow management, as well as, in-depth working knowledge of domestic and international general accounting practices
  • Experience with information systems management, including IT system conversions and global consolidations
  • In-depth experience in mergers and acquisitions are also essential to supporting the future growth of the organization
  • This position requires high ethical standards including honesty and a sense of fiscal responsibility, with the ability to prioritize and make tough decisions. Sales Representative - Texas

Job Description:

HUFCOR DFW is adding sales positions in Houston and Dallas, Texas. These sales representatives will be accountable to:

  • Develop strong customer relationships in order to market our products and services
  • Generate leads and submitting bids/proposals
  • Negotiate products/price and closing sales
  • Explore adding new product lines or bring product lines to Hufcor that are currently being represented

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will:

  • Have a minimum of three years of technical sales experience with architectural products, including writing specifications
  • Have Proven closing skills in a competitive market
  • Have a strong mechanical aptitude
  • Have a valid Texas driver’s license and a clean driving record

    HUFCOR is adding an engineering position in our product design department. This position will be accountable for:
  • Designing and developing products to meet customer needs, both in new product development and product variation requests
  • Managing development and product improvement projects from concept through production using six sigma tools
  • Working with teams in all aspects of design and manufacturability
  • Reviewing progress and evaluating results, making changes in processes, design or equipment where necessary

    Plastics Process Engineer - TQP

    Job Description:
    Total Quality Plastics, a division of Hufcor Inc., and an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company in North Prairie, Wisconsin is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Project Engineer to support sales and manage new projects from design to production in our plastic injection molding business. The right candidate will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for:
    • Developing quotes and proposals for the efficient manufacture of parts, tools, fixtures and other secondary operations
    • Managing multiple projects/tasks to meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations
    • Actively participate in quality systems, process improvement, lean, and 5S projects

    • Proven technical and communication skills working with customers and in a team environment to solve problems
    • In-depth knowledge of plastics raw materials, tool and part design
    • Direct sales experience
    • Experience with product testing and evaluation
    • Strong computer skills to document and communicate process that can be easily followed by internal team members
